I've been thinking a lot about going green. Not just the whole "clean up our world" green, but I've been reading more about putting green and brown together for living spaces and creating an "interior-outdoors" if you will. I'm constantly inspired by etsy.com, and I found this image that really hit on my thoughts of foliage and bark.

I've also been loving the idea of using pillows to create the different patterns of a room. I found this image and thought it would be a funny idea if a character in a film, perhaps, had "too many pillows."
I used this effect in my room back in college, and when people would ask "why aren't there any pictures in your frames?" I told them it was 'open to interpretation' for them to decide. They might have thought I was crazy, but I wasn't the only one...
I'm also liking the confusion and clutter that is happening in these photos. I once read that in order to design a room, you don't necessarily need a design plan on specific palette, but if you are one to simply collect "neat looking things", you'll be able to compile a stunningly crafty room with what you have gathered.
