I can't believe I'm just finding out about Eric Joyner! He paints robots and donuts...what could be more exciting than that? It feels nostalgic in a way.

Stumbled upon this guy via the SwissMiss blog. Mr. Mclellan disassembles old (at least I assume they're old) electronics and machinery down to the tiniest screw. Quite amazing when you think about how much goes into our every day objects!
i like the Pentax camera one, mainly because i have the camera :)

I FEEL LIKE I NEED A GETAWAY

With work being crazy and constantly changing, it's nice to get a couple breaks in the routine. Luckily the beautiful Sara Sanders is arriving in Los Angeles (not Ohio) tonight and it will be oh so wonderful to see her face! I'm also heading to New Orleans with the family to visit brother and sis-in-law first week in May! I guess I am getting my "getaway." But next up will have to be Europe :)

COLORED PENCILS

Look at this! Huge colored pencils sprawled out in an open field. This would be a signature display in my dream design playground. Apparently Finland is booming with these site-specific art pieces, which i am completely behind. This installation created by Jonna Pohjalainen.
